We know that the situation around Coronavirus is a challenging time for everyone, especially small businesses and industry.

We’d like to reassure you that we are still open for business, and during this time our priority is to keep you safe, fully-fuelled and up to date with any changes. We pride ourselves on our customer service and we are working hard in challenging circumstances to make sure that our business keeps moving, so yours does, too.

By working together, we can make sure that you remain fully-fuelled. 

Help us to help you

Keep in touch with us regularly, and let us know as soon as possible if your business circumstances change. We understand that changes can happen suddenly, and that these are very difficult times. 

If you have placed an order, but then need to cancel because your circumstances have changed, please let us know as soon as you can. By doing so, it means we can redirect our delivery resources to other customers.

Plan ahead

Plan ahead and place your fuel orders ahead of schedule so we have enough notice to get your delivery to you in good time. 

At times of high demand, there may be some slight delays, but please be assured that your delivery will arrive. We promise to keep in touch with you as much as we can, and thank you in advance for your patience.

Keeping you safe

We’re asking all of our customers to pay electronically if possible, to keep person-to-person contact to a minimum. You can do this in advance when you place your order.

When we make your delivery we’ll ask for verbal acceptance rather than a signature, and the driver will write a name down rather than sign.

For your safety and ours, we would like to ask you to maintain a distance of at least two metres whilst we’re delivering your fuel.


We pride ourselves on our customer care, and we’ll be working hard to minimise any delays or disruptions to deliveries. We promise to keep you informed as much as we can if we experience any issues.
