Coronavirus information for our domestic fuel customers

We know that the changing situation around Coronavirus could bring some challenges. During this time, our priority is to keep you well-fuelled and safe.

We pride ourselves on our customer care, and we’ll be working hard to minimise any delays or disruptions to deliveries. We promise to keep you informed as much as we can if we experience any issues.

Don’t panic, please do not order fuel if you are not sure it will fit in your tank.

Protecting you

Because we’re a small, family-run business, we know our customers well.

We have plans in place to make sure our most vulnerable customers are given priority and are protected.

We’re following Government advice around good hygiene and person-to-person contact, and all of our delivery staff carry gloves and sanitising wipes with them – please help our drivers to keep their distance by not approaching them while they are making your delivery.

If you are self-isolating because you have symptoms or are vulnerable, please let us know when you place your order so we can make arrangements to supply your fuel without person-to-person contact, tell us if there is anything else we can do to help.

Protecting your fuel supply

There are a few things you can do to help us keep you well-fuelled.

Be prepared

Be prepared and think ahead. Keep a close eye on your home fuel tank and don’t let your fuel run too low.

If you’re at home more than usual due to Coronavirus restrictions, you might find you use more fuel than usual, so bear this in mind when planning or placing your order.

Order in advance

Order replacement fuel slightly earlier than you normally would, so we have plenty of notice to get fuel to you, especially if there’s someone vulnerable or elderly in your household.

Order by email

We’re expecting our phone lines to be busy over the coming weeks, and we may have less staff in the office meaning we may not be able to answer your call as quickly as usual.

Placing your order by email at means we are guaranteed to get your order and can respond quickly.

Pay by card or payment plan

Paying by debit or credit card in advance, instead of cash on delivery, can help to reduce person-to-person contact, so please do so if you can.

Paying by payment plan could help to spread the cost of your fuel. If you don’t already have a payment plan with us, please ask at the time of ordering to see if you are eligible.
